Our versatile meeting facilities that are easy to modify, all the necessary meeting equipment and our professional staff guarantee that your meeting will be a success. Our meeting venue is located at Asikkala in the Päijät-Häme region near Lahti, and only an 1,5-hour drive from Helsinki.

Conference rooms of several different sizes available by Lake Päijänne

We have conference rooms of several different sizes and conference villas. As a meeting place, Lehmonkärki is peaceful, and the conference rooms are far away from each other so privacy is guaranteed. Our newest villa, Vellamo, is a perfect venue for business conferences. It is possible to have a meeting for up to 200 persons in Villa Vellamo. You can also spend the night at every conference venue, except for VIP Villa Isohaapa. Those who have their meeting at VIP Villa Isohaapa can spend the night at the other villas in the Lehmonkärki area. There are 17 villas of different sizes for accommodation and a total of 49 double rooms in the villas. The villas are located within a walking distance from Isohaapa.

Each conference room also has its own sauna with a dressing room and a toilet. When bathing in the sauna, you can use a hot tub, or rent a chimneyless sauna that is located right on the shore of Lake Päijänne.

Delicious meeting menus will keep you alert for the whole day of meetings

Lehmonkärki is known for its tasty food; if necessary, we can cook even in exotic surroundings. If you want to experience something different, we can organize a dinner at the Hunting Lodge. The Hunting Lodge can be also used as a conference venue. You can choose the one that is perfect for your event from our kitchen’s delicious selection of menus. We offer everything from meeting dinners to themed evenings with program. Between lunch and dinner, we offer afternoon coffee with sweet or savory pastries. If necessary, we will bring the food and beverages straight to the conference room, so you don’t have to move from one space to another to eat.

We have prepared some meeting packages, but we serve every meeting group individually. You can choose a package you like or customize the package to better fit your needs. If necessary, we will organize a meeting package just for you. A day of meetings doesn’t have to be just sitting in a conference room, eating and bathing in the sauna. Instead, you can have different types of program beside your meeting to offer the participants new experiences and boost team spirit.
